We request at least 24 hours of notice for cancellation of an appointment. This allows us time to book another client in your appointment spot.

If canceling within the 24 hour period prior to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the appointment. This fee will be waived if we are able to fill the appointment spot with another client with minimal notice.

If no notice is given, or less than 4 hours notice is given, there is a NO SHOW for your appointment; you will be charged the full cost of the appointment booked.

Online cancellations are only allowed up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. If after that, you must call the salon directly to give notice. We understand that emergencies arise, and occasionally it is necessary to cancel appointments with minimal notice, we will do everything we can to fill that appointment with another client.

If we are unable to do so, you will then be charged for the appointment, per our cancellation policy.
