Cancellation Policy

At Moyo Hair & Beauty, we value both your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations.

1. 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel within the 24-hour period before your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost will apply. However, if we can fill the spot with another client, the fee will be waived.

2. No-Show Policy: We understand that emergencies can happen, but if you provide no notice or cancel with less than 4 hours’ notice, it will be considered a “NO SHOW,” and you will be charged the full appointment cost.

3. Online Cancellations: Online cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment. If it’s within the 24-hour period, please give us a call directly to provide notice.

We strive to accommodate unforeseen circumstances and do our best to fill cancelled appointments with other clients. If, despite our efforts, we are unable to do so, the cancellation policy will apply.
